so sad !!!

Last night, i did not sleep well because i always thought about my presentation. I knew i did it bad. I can forgive myself. I knew i read a lot in my presentation. It is not the first time i did the presentation. Why i made a so stupid mistake in my final exam. i knew every information in my research project, actually, i could talk without note. But i dont know what's wrong with me at that moment. I regreted what i did in the presentation. I want to do it again, but no way.

Maybe this experience can remand me and teach me in future: i have to do everything well when i decide to do it, somethings can not be done twice.

Embarrassment

I believe everybody has their embarrassing moment in their life.

I still remember one event that embarrass me, even now, i cannot forget it. When i was 4-year-old, because i was always sick, my prarents asked my grandma to take care of me in the daytime. I did not allow to kindergarden anymore form that time. Instead, i stayed at home. Nobody played with me. Everyday i played by myself and waited the time to afternoon because at 4pm, my friends would finished their school and came back home, then we could play together near my home.

One day, i felt bored at home, i really wanted to go out, so i sneaked out without talking to my grandma. I walked on the street, i felt so excited. i curiously looked around, everything in my eyes were so fresh. However, as i walked, i found there was a guy who ride a bicycle to followed me. Moreover, there were two big bags were hug on two side of the bicycle. I stoped pretending looking at the store and he stoped trying do something else. My heart suddently went faster and faster. I felt so nervous. In my mind, he must be a kidnaper. i always heard my parents said about how kidnapers kidnaped children and saled to the other provinces. I did not want to be one of the unlucky children.

Can you guess, how did i escape that condition? I passed one church, i decided to go into the church to ask for help. I knew the father who could help me. I told to one of clergies what situation i faced, then the clergy brought me to home immidately. I felt greateful to the clergy. He saved my life.

From that time, i did not dare to go out without saying anything. I knew it was dangerous when children went out alone. maybe one mistake that lead me lose my family and did not see my parents any more. It was so embarrassing and bad expericence.

Finally i finished my research project ! Cheer~~~~

Finally, i finished my research project! i feel so happy and pround. it is the first time i did the project in English.

Come back to see the first day we started the project, i felt so nervous because i had no idea about my topic. one of my friends gave me some suggestions such as animal; diseases. i knew we learned a lot about animals, if i continued choosing animals that would not make my classmates and teachers feel interested. as a result, i chose "Hepatitis" for my research project.

It was not easy to begin my research at first because as we know that did a disease research, there were many special, scientify words. It is hard to read and hard to be presentation. so i had to find some intersting mainidea to focus. Fortunately, i found some information which what i wanted to write( the condition of hepatitis in China ). i felt enjoy to read some cases in China; moreover, this disease is so common in China, i could talk some experience which i had before. i hoped these main ideas can make everyone enjoy.

i am so enjoyable to do this research, it makes me feel more confidence to continue the next project when i go to university in future. i hope i will do another projects better.

one more thing i want to say is i have learned some new vocabularies when i did the research!

it is time to begin research project

From week 4, we start to begin our research project.
it is so difficult to find a good topic which is interesting and acodemic.
finanlly, i choose "hepatitis" .
i know it is so scienct and medical, i hope i can find a best way to easily decribe my topic to anybody.

FEMALE vs MALE

- Males and females can use the same words or expressions but they have different meanings.

In my opinion, although women and men came from the same ancestor, their personalities and expressions are different in most of time. For men, they are very straight forward in expressing their desires. For example, when someone asks a man's opinion about what he thinks about their new dress, man will directly say whether it is good or not. A man will answer without regard to the other person's feelings. However, females are very different from males. Females prefer to long and indirect method to express their feelings. For example, when a couple go shopping, the man want to buy an expensive purse his wife. Though the woman really like the purse, she will say"uh... it is good, i love it, but it is a little expansive". In her heart, she really wants her husband to buy without asking.
Secondly, females do not have time conception. Normally, five minutes always equal half an hour because females like to do everything slowly and be perfect. If men do not know this meaning, they will be in trouble such as waste time for waiting and affect their feeling. On the other hand, males have more time conception. They are not lier. They do everything really on time. Moreover, men are lazy and attentive animals. They do not like to guess what is women's real meaning. As a result, it will create many small problems between couples.
In conclusion, if females and males can take time to know more about each other, they will be more happy and create less problems between each other.

Do you think these data collection techniques are valid? Why or Why not?
Well , i do not believe these data collection techniques are valid because it is failure. Everybody can be affected by the sequence of questions beacuse they know the highest score is the last answer.

Would your results be different if you took the on-line questionnaire at a different time, on a different day? Why or why not?
yes, i think we will have different mood in different day, therefore, we will have different score in the test even the same questionnaire. Nobody can always be happy. The only way we can do is try to control our emotional.

Are either or both of these data collection tools better suited to do with an individual or with lots of people? Why or why not?
In my opinion, these data collection tools are better suited to do with an individual. If we do the test individual, the conclution will be more accurate.

Hi !

My name is Cynthia! Nice to meet you again! In order to let you know more about me, i would like to introduce something about myself . please be careful, there are only two things that are true. Have fun !!!

1. I like to sleep during the weekend without my computer on,i always sleep more than 15hours.

2. I like to travel. I have been to Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Vancouver, and so on

3. When i walk on the street, i like to look more at beautiful girls more than hansome guys.

learning language

language is a medium which can express humans emotions. It is necessaries to learn language. however, it is not easy to be a good language learner even in first language acquisition. In my opioion, if we began to learn during childhood; enjoy grammar exercises and practises as often as possible we would proporbly be successful in learning language.

as we know, childhood can learn everything faster. If we can teach children languages as early as possible, they can be good at language. Moreover, once children learn second language and mather language at the same time, they can also handle them very well. I still can remember when i was a child in china, teachers should teach in Mandarin at school, but after class we never speak Mandarin anymore, we would speak Cantoness instead. Cantoness is my first language. As children, all of us knew that going to school we had lots of things to learn, evrything was fresh, we felt excited. We never thought why we need to learn another language. We studied hard and just fellow our teachers. As a result, i suddently felt that i could speak Mandarin. Compare to now when i am learning english, i feel that it is more difficult. every word i learn, i have to repect over and over again to try to memerize by heart. i spend many more hours than before when i was studing Mandarin. without a doubt, child has better memory.

Grammer exercise are very important for people. It is part of language. Without grammer, there would be no sentence existence and nobody can understant what the others are talking about. Furthermore, at school, we dont know grammer, we can not finish our assignment and pass tests. Many people say learning grammer is so boring, but we can not live without grammer. In order to pass our tests, we have to try to enjoy practising grammer exercises. After a few months, we will feel appreciation and be good at writing.

Everything without practice will be forgotten including language. If we do not say a word for a long time, it will be forgotton and never be used again, so in order to remember what we have learned, we have to pracitse more and more. My experience reminds me that every few days if i do not review what i have studied in class, i will forget soon. I think practice is the most important characteristics in learning language. Everyone who wants to be good language learner that should practise more. We are not god. We should study hard by ourselves. People who is lazy, it is impossible to be successful .

In conclusion, everyone can be good language learner. It depends on how much you spend on learning. There are many categories to become good learner, please find which one belongs to you as soon as possible.
